The deadline for submitting 2013 Annual Report for facilities with large refrigeration systems, refrigerant distributors and reclaimers subject to California Air Resources Board’s Refrigerant Management Program (RMP) is March 1st, 2013.  Facilities with large refrigeration systems are also required to pay their annual implementation fee by March 1st, 2013.  The ARB has made available an online Refrigerant Registration and Reporting tool, also known as R3, to help affected entities comply with these requirements.  R3 tool can be accessed via: https://ssl.arb.ca.gov/rmp-r3/index.

ARB staff will hold a free on-line webinar on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 1:00 – 3:00 pm Pacific Time to review the requirements of the regulation and the procedures for filing the Annual Reports and paying the Annual Implementation Fees using the online R3 tool.  This meeting will also highlight and demonstrate the recent updates of the R3 tool.  This will be an online GO TO Webinar presentation accessible from anywhere you have a computer and telephone line.
