2018 Stanislaus County Ammonia Refrigeration Training
The Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources and Risk Management Professionals co-hosted a complimentary, one-day workshop at in Modesto, California on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. The workshop’s intent was to “provide insight and tips for addressing essential technical and regulatory challenges associated with current and evolving program requirements.”
Peter Thomas, Resource Compliance President and P.E., was invited to speak on mechanical integrity for ammonia refrigeration systems. The session covered written procedures, inspection and testing, equipment deficiencies, and quality assurance. A variety of photos and videos were used to provide real-life examples from the field.
