Ammonia Gas Leak at Ice Factory Leaves 2 Dead, 19 Injured in Malaysia – Selangor Health Director Dr Khalid Ibrahim confirmed that 27 factory workers, including the two deceased, were exposed to ammonia gas at about at 5:30 am.
