Uriah Donaldson
Uriah Donaldson is a Process Safety Consultant and Account Manager at Resource Compliance where he provides expertise in the preparation and implementation of Risk and Process Safety Management programs. Uriah has extensive knowledge of process safety regulations, compliance audits, PHAs, and specializes in helping facilities implement complex regulations in common-sense ways. Uriah graduated from California State University Fresno and holds certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (OHST), the Refrigerating Engineers and Technicians Association (CARO), and the California Specialized Training Institute (Hazwoper FRO).
Uriah is also an accomplished teacher and public speaker. He has taught numerous classes and seminars on process safety topics at a variety of venues and has presented technical papers at the RETA and IIAR National Conferences. In 2023 Uriah received the “Award for Presentation Excellence” at the IIAR National Conference for his paper: “The Cost of Non-Compliance: An Objective Analysis of Federal EPA’s Enforcement at Ammonia Refrigeration Facilities.”
