Tommy Rios

Tommy Rios is a Process Safety Engineer at Resource Compliance where he provides expertise in the preparation and implementation of Risk and Process Safety Management programs. He uses his engineering expertise to prepare process safety information and perform process hazard analyses (PHAs) on refrigeration systems. Tommy graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in mechanical engineering. Additionally, he is a Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) through the Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA).
