Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS)
Resource Compliance has the expertise necessary to assist in the preparation and submission of your facility’s CFATS Top Screen (required by Title 6 §27.210). The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) requires all facilities with a “Chemical of Interest” above the Screening Threshold Quantity (STQ) to register with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) within 60 days. In addition, our team has documented success performing Security Vulnerability Assessments (SVA) and Site Security Plans (SSP).
Getting inspected by DHS? Give us a call and we can help walk you through the process or provide onsite consultation to help answer DHS questions.
